Great Trial Program and Great Return Policy

I found Jillian's Drawers through an online forum. We ordered a cloth diaper trial program before our baby was born. The trial was great and provided us with numerous different types to try so we could determine which type worked the best for us. I have continued to order all of our cloth diapers through Jillian's Drawers. I have only had to return a few things, but have been very happy with the return policy. A full refund for any unused items. A great deal!

The staff is super friendly, and the products are awesome! If thats not enough for you try them and if you dont love them you can exchange the diapers! No questions asked. Show me another store that lets you do that!! I will never shop elsewhere again!

Jillian's Drawers is one of the greatest online CD resources on the web! Between their amazing "Love it or Exchange it" return/exchange policy to their fabulous "Changing Diapers, Changing Minds" program that lets you try out a wide variety of CD products in your own home for 21 for just $10 - fabulous!

I've only been able to shop with them online, but they are one of the few cloth diapering stores that seems to have everything in stock! This is a huge plus - its a pain to search all over for what I need. They also have a great assortment of other "green" products, so its often one-stop-shopping!

Best customer service, great selection, most importantly knowledgeable staff!

This is my favorite store (in-person and online retailer). The store is bright, and clean with all of the supplies you will need for you and your little one pregnancy through school age. My kids love to go there to play and visit the friendly, inviting staff. I can peruse all of their diapers while knowing all the advice I will get will be from staff that has been-there-done-that, not just canned advice. They carry all of the newest diapers and toys, and great car seats too! I cannot say enough about this place!

As a new parent, I have been trying VERY hard to do everything in my power to do the best possible things for my daughter. Cloth diapers, homemade baby food, and any other natural, nurturing things I can think of or find. After the sale of the diaper company I was using to Jillian's Drawers, I found SO much more at the store that helped me in my passion for keeping my daughter's life natural and healthy. We have been cloth diapering two years now and began cloth diapering our second child 5 weeks ago after her birth. I am so glad that we have made the choice to use cloth and I am convinced that we decided to do it and have continued to do so because of Jillian's Drawers. We participated in their "Try Cloth for $10" program to get our feet wet in the cloth diapering world. Having the option to try cloth diapering in such an affordable manner made it a very easy decision. Their customer service has been stellar and always has given quick and thorough responses to questions I have had. I am so thankful that a friend recommended Jillian's Drawers to us.

Great Site for People New to Cloth

I was new to cloth and completely overwhelmed with all of the choices. The $10 sample pack, three-week trial was perfect. I learned which styles I loved and which I found difficult to use. I kept what I wanted and sent the rest back for a refund. It was easy-peasy! Plus, they gave me free-shipping on my next order.

I also had to e-mail customer service because I had a few questions and they were prompt and friendly with the reply.

Overall I was very, very pleased with Jillian's Drawers! I've recommended it to two other mommies already!

I love shopping at Jillian's Drawers. They have so many safe selections and a wide variety of cloth diapers. I tried out cloth diapers paying only $10. It was a great way to find the kind of diaper I liked. I will definitely be shopping there more.

A cloth diapering friend of mine recommended I try the $10 cloth diaper trial from Jillian's Drawers when I was thinking about switching from disposables to cloth diapers for my 2 year old and little one on the way. WOW! The service and the trial has been amazing....the employees are so knowledgeable and helpful! They answered every question I had and even offered extra advice and tips!

I had purchased 2 fuzzibunz from a different retailer before hearing about Jillian's Drawers, and they sold me the wrong size (they were non refundable) and knew very little about their product.

I am so thankful for Jillian's Drawers for making my switch such a pleasant experience!

A friend of mine suggested Jillian's Drawers web site to me when I was pregnant & considering using cloth diapers. They have a ton of great information and an awesome cloth diaper trial program that helped us immensely in choosing the style of diapers we wanted to use. We have purchased our diapers as well as most of our supplies from this web site & I highly recommend them. If I ever get to that area I would love to visit the store in person...in the meantime, I will continue to be a loyal customer and spread the word about their online store.

My son is 11 now, so when I needed advice on cloth diapers for a friend's gift for her newborn twins last year, I was at a loss. But Kelly really helped me weigh the different options.

I ended up buying a mix of new and gently used covers that have grown with the babies (I think they were called Thirsties), and their mama loved that she didn't have to keep buying different sizes as the girls got bigger.

Great store, great people, great products, great advice!
