The first time I experienced Andrew's baking, he was working at the Carriage House cafe. Back then, I regularly attended their Sunday morning brunch and I was a big fan of the French toast. I caught up with Andrew this weekend at the Ithaca Farmer's Market and was lucky enough to score one of his cranberry-apple pastries. Sweet and flakey - dusted with powdered sugar - it was the highlight of my morning! Andrew is a talented, hard working baker and the proof is in his product.
