The climate crisis is real, it is now, and it is the eleventh hour.  This is the message with which Jim Garrison began his session and he speaks it with an intense sense of urgency.  Jim outlined a pathway for the next several months which involves critical global participation in Washington DC, in Coppenhagen, and the Brazilian rain forests.

Jim believes that we have the ability to acheive the 2020 goal of reducing emissions by 80% and that we can do it with current technologies.  He sees global warming as the gateway to global transformation.

By "combining the technology of the North and the wisdom of the South" we can work with the Earth and restore balance, but it requires global participation.  He urges the audience to come to Washington DC and make a satement.
